I was born in French Guiana, raised in a Chinese family and I’ve worked my way around different kitchens in Vancouver. You can find a little taste of France, Italy, and Asia in my desserts. My name is Remi, and this is my little pastry shop. 

Remi Patisserie started as a popup business in 2019. With very little resources other than my technique, a love for food and my attention to detail (that had been beaten into my genetic code thanks to my former teachers), I opened a little online bakery.

My motto for everything is: “It’s gotta be delicious! And it has to taste better than it looks.” Because the other way around is so disappointing.

After a year and a small taste of success, I decided to be on the map. Our space is small, the hours are brief, and my menu is not too long and not too short. I’m going to start off with a smaller menu to make sure that everything that comes out continues to be awesome, meets my high expectations and yours.
